Guided Tour
All rentals include board, paddle, leg leash or seat, and life jacket (PFD) with attached whistle and evening glow lights

Important
Due to the nature of this tour, timing is important. Tours depart at their scheduled time.
Please make sure to arrive 15 - 20 minutes prior to the start time so you don't miss your tour.
In order to arrive at the launch on time, consider downloading Google’s Offline Maps since cell coverage, internet and maps can be non-existent in the mountains. Offline Maps are a reliable workaround for finding destinations.
Reservations must be cancelled in writing by email at Reserve@ChatugePaddle.com
No-shows, and paddlers who do not arrive in time for their scheduled departure are not eligible for a refund.
We will still paddle if it's cold, light rain, or cloudy, but will not launch in unsafe weather conditions. If the decision is made to cancel, our company will notify participants via email and/or phone. Paddlers will be given the opportunity to reschedule their tour.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to decline any person as a tour participant if the person’s behavior, health or mental condition impedes the operation of the tour.
