Due to the nature of this tour, timing is important. Tours depart at their scheduled time.
Please make sure to arrive 15 - 20 minutes prior to the start time of your trip so you don't miss your trip.
Be aware that cell service (along with maps for navigation) can be intermittent or even non-existent in the mountains. Google offers Offline Maps, which can be downloaded before your trip, an awesome workaround for finding your destination.
Reservations must be cancelled in writing by email at Reserve@ChatugePaddle.com
Cancellations made with 48+ hours notice receive a full refund.
Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund.
Changes within the 24 hour window of the tour will not be accepted. This includes showing up with fewer paddlers than originally booked. No-shows and participants who do not arrive in time for their scheduled departure are not eligible for a refund.
We paddle rain or shine, but will not launch in unsafe weather conditions. If the decision is made to cancel, our company will notify participants via email and/or phone. Paddlers will be given the opportunity to reschedule, or to receive a full refund of the tour price.
